The Challenge:
Duke-NUS celebrated its internal anniversary with a desire to foster a sense of community and emphasize the collective impact of individual contributions. The challenge was to create an engaging and memorable experience that would inspire employees and highlight the power of small actions to create significant change.
The Solution: The Wisdom Tree
We developed an interactive digital exhibit titled "The Wisdom Tree." This innovative concept centered around a virtual tree that grew organically based on employee participation.
Interactive Seed Planting: Employees were invited to contribute by scanning a QR code.
Message in a Seed: Upon scanning, users were prompted to write a short message or pledge related to their work at Duke-NUS.
Growing Together: Each message acted as a seed, nourishing the virtual tree. As more messages were submitted, the tree flourished on a large screen, visually representing the collective impact of individual contributions.
