Pop the Balls – Interactive Touch Game
About the Experience
Pop the Balls is a time-based reflex game where users are challenged to tap and pop colored balls that appear on a 55” touchscreen. The game runs on a timer (typically 30–60 seconds), and the objective is to pop as many balls as possible before time runs out. Each session records the score, triggering competitive play among participants.
The speed at which the balls appear and disappear, combined with responsive touch and playful animations, creates an engaging digital moment that’s ideal for both solo and group participation.
NXT Interactive provided full end-to-end execution for this project, including:
● Game Concept & Software Development
We conceptualized and developed the game mechanics, user interface, sound effects, score tracking, and optional leaderboard. The game was also customized with the client's branding and visual themes.
● Hardware Integration
The game was deployed using:
A 55” high-resolution touchscreen on stand
A dedicated laptop for performance and control
A robust software engine optimized for real-time responsiveness
● On-site Support & Logistics
Our team handled all logistics including transport, installation, and teardown. We also provided an on-site manpower to assist with setup and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
